Chef Lawrence is originally from Oakland, CA; he relocated to Roseville, CA in 1989 and later served the community of Sacramento County as a law enforcement officer for twenty-four years. After retiring he pursued his passion for cooking that's been developed over the past fifteen years.
Having grown up in a household where his mother cooked wholesome family meals since he was a child, Chef Lawrence acquired a zest for creating his own elevated/unique take on what his mother used to do in her kitchen. His family and friends soon discovered that he had a special gift when it came to cooking and encouraged him to pursue his passion in the platform of becoming a personal chef.
Though Chef Lawrence has no formal culinary training, nor has he worked in the food services industry, he has instinctively acquired a skill level of food preparation rarely adapted by regular home cooks. His adoration for cooking is apparent in everything he does in the kitchen.
