Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

 Our personal chef service takes care of everything for you, from grocery shopping to on-site cooking, service, and clean-up. With our weekly in-home meal prep service, you'll receive 3-4 different meals, each with multiple portions tailored to your needs. Every time you book, we'll send you a customized menu that aligns perfectly with your preferences and dietary requirements. Most of our client's schedule service once a week. Additionally, we offer small-scale in-home dinner parties and events for 10 to 15 guests. 


 

For our services, we kindly request the following:

  • Cooking essentials: A basic set of pots and pans, as well as a functional oven and stove.
  • Chef's tools: Our chef will bring their own knives and a few utensils.
  • Meal prep: If you don’t already own a full set of containers, please provide them.
  • Dinnerware: For dinners and events, we will use the existing plates, silverware, etc., at your location. Please note that we do not provide rentals, but we can recommend external rental companies if needed.


No, price does not include the cost groceries.


We handle all your grocery shopping at your preferred store. You choose between organic, conventional, or a mix of ingredients. Our service is fully customized to your preferences!


We do not track specific information, but we can provide you with quantities and portion sizes upon request. Clients can then track their intake in a nutrition app like My Fitness Pal if they wish.

Most all of our food is made from scratch, and we consistently create new dishes for you to enjoy.


 

At Sauté Masters, we understand that plans can change. To provide exceptional service to all our clients, we kindly request adherence to the following cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:

  • Meal Prep Service: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to avoid charges.
  • Dinner Parties and Events: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid charges.
  • Standard Dinners:  A Standard Dinner includes Couples Dinners and Family Dinners. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled service will result in a full charge. If canceled more than 72 hours in advance, the deposit will be forfeited, but no additional fees will apply.

2. No Shows:

  • If the client fails to notify Sauté Masters of a cancellation and the chef arrives at the location, the client will be charged 100% of the total service or event cost.

3. Rescheduling:

  • Clients may reschedule their services or events without any additional fees if the rescheduling is done within the specified cancellation notice periods.

4. Exceptional Circumstances:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of emergencies or severe weather conditions, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

We need a minimum of one to two weeks for new meal prep clients and dinners parties/events.

We tailor our menu to ensure every guest enjoys their meal. Clients can select one appetizer course, two entrée courses, and one side item course. We recognize that some guests may have dietary restrictions that require extra preparation, and for an additional fee, a supplementary course can be provided to accommodate their needs.


 No, you do not need to be home. We are completely self-sufficient. Homeowners typically let us in remotely or leave a key. Sometimes, homeowners let us in and then leave to finish their errands or other activities.
