Welcome to Sauté Masters Personal Chef & Private Events, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Services

Sauté Masters offers personal chef services and private event catering. Services include, but are not limited to, meal planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and event catering. Specific services and pricing will be outlined in a separate agreement at the time of booking.

Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm your booking.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due on the day of the service.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accommodate both online and in-person transactions using cash or credit cards.
Payment for Additional Staffing: If additional staff is required for your event, the cost will be outlined in the agreement and must be paid in full prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 100% charge. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit but will not incur additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

Access: Clients must provide Sauté Masters with access to their kitchen, including necessary appliances and utensils.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Clients must inform Sauté Masters of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or preferences at the time of booking. Sauté Masters is not liable for any allergic reactions or dietary issues if not informed in advance.

Liability

Safety and Cleanliness: While we take every precaution to ensure food safety and cleanliness, we are not responsible for any health issues resulting from food consumption beyond our control.
Damage: Sauté Masters is not liable for any damage to the client's property unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by our staff.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal information or details of your event without your consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
